01 Can I make a reservation?
Seating is generally walk-in. For larger groups, please contact the venue directly.
02 What are your hours?
The Russell Street flagship is open 24 hours, every day. Hours at the other venues vary — please check the official site for each location.
03 What should I order first?
The signature is the Shujinko Ramen — our original Tokyo-style tonkotsu. The handmade Shujinko gyoza is a favourite alongside it.
04 Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes — the Vegetable Ramen uses a soy-based broth, and a vegetarian version of the Miso Ramen is available.
05 Is there a surcharge?
A 10% surcharge applies on weekends and 15% on public holidays.
